Stacey McDonald (Hamilton)
I have been performing with The Hamiltones for the past 8 years. Previously, I have had experience on the stage in shows and musical theatre. My passion is singing and music, and I love the way in which music brings people together.
I have a fantastic husband and 3 great kids. The icing on the cake is being able to do what I love, in one of the most beautiful places in the world with my awesome family!!
I have been a professional musician from the age of 13. I have performed with, and fronted many bands throughout New Zealand. I have often featured on television in music videos, live performances and TVNZ's "Stars In Their Eyes"
I pride myself on giving the audience the best possible experience through the gift of music.
With a music career that has spanned over 50 years, I have played all musical genres, played in a resident band on cruise ships for the Princess Line and been involved in support bands for some great domestic and international artists.
It is great that I can now be involved with my children and grandchildren performing music that I love.
Carmen McCall (Hamilton)
I am a high energy, music loving & engaging "middle child" of the Hamiltones. I've recently moved to Central Otago from Southland with my husband, which gave me the perfect opportunity to join the family band.
I have been singing both on and off the stage including leading our church band & singing in numerous "Christmas in the Park" events. I also secured the lead role as "Maria" in the Gore Operatic Societys "Sound of Music" just to name a few.
I've also been known to play the spoons on the odd occassion!!
I am the youngest menber of The Hamiltones and obviously relatively new to the music scene.
I have been involved in school productions, rock bands and recently had numerous guitar students who I tutored.
My first love is the guitar, but I can also confidently play the piano, bass and keyboards.
I'm thrilled to be a part of The Hamiltones.
